How do I add users to my Pure Connect account?

Log into your Pure Connect account. On the portal homepage, go to the “I Want To” and click on “Add another account or name.” Under “Additional Users,” click to add a user. Note: Additional users will have access to your Pure Connect account. This does not add the person to your Louisville Water account.
