How do I determine how much I need to pay while I am on a payment plan?

Your total payment plan amount can be found in the account summary section of your bill. This is the balance you have remaining on your payment plan that follows a schedule you have worked out with our partner, Promise Pay. You can check your balance with Promise Pay. The amount due is the total amount minus your payment plan and any payments received plus your new charges. This is displayed in the blue box at the top of your bill.
