Visit Drops of Kindness to see if you are eligible for a one-time credit. You must attest to being financially impacted by COVID-19 to be eligible for the funds.

If you have a balance that exceeds the grant, you will be responsible for paying the balance in full or you will need to go on a payment plan through our partner, Promise Pay. If you do not pay the balance or accept a payment plan, you will be subject to disconnection if arrangements are not made before your next bill is due.
