Venue rental fee includes access to the following locations:

Venue Rental Rates include the rental fee and the following amenities::

2 hours rental time
20 – 8 foot tables (indoors only)
10 – 60 inch round tables (indoor only)
4 – 6 foot tables (indoor only)
200 white chairs (indoor only)
8 cocktail tables
Two private dressing areas
An onsite staff person for the duration of your event.
For events held Friday – Sunday, additional amenities include basic linens (gray, navy, or white),
8 indoor up lights, timeline, and floorplan creation.

Outdoor Market Lights: $500
Day of Wedding Coordinator: $1750
