What is included in the venue rental cost?

Venue rental fee includes access to the following locations:

  • Pumping Station No. 1 Building including the Grand Hall and WaterWorks Museum
  • Water Tower Plaza
  • River Side Terrace
  • River Side Lawn

Venue Rental Rates include the rental fee and the following amenities::

  • 2 hours rental time
  • 20 – 8 foot tables (indoors only)
  • 10 – 60 inch round tables (indoor only)
  • 4 – 6 foot tables (indoor only)
  • 200 white chairs (indoor only)
  • 8 cocktail tables
  • Two private dressing areas
  • An onsite staff person for the duration of your event.
  • For events held Friday – Sunday, additional amenities include basic linens (gray, navy, or white),
  • 8 indoor up lights, timeline, and floorplan creation.
  • Add-On Amenities
  • Linens (Gray, Navy, White): $10/each
  • Indoor Up Lights: $25/each
  • Outdoor Market Lights: $500
  • Day of Wedding Coordinator: $1750
  • Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal: $150
