How do I read the water usage graph in Pure Connect℠?

Using our customer portal, Pure Connect℠, you can track your daily and hourly water usage. Here’s how.

1. Log in to Pure Connect using your username and password. Once logged in, you'll see the Account Overview screen.

2. From the Account Overview screen, click "usage" in the top navigation bar.

3. Click on a particular month to see water usage by the day.

4. Click on a particular day to see usage by the hour.

You can also identify continuous water usage using these graphs. You may notice small amounts of water being used while you’re asleep or away from home. Small usage like this could lead to a higher bill. Be sure to check out our Ginny on the Job videos to find these before they lead to bigger problems.

If at any time you suspect a leak in your house, with or without the use of the data, please contact a professional. Louisville Water is only responsible for leaks that occur from your water meter to the street. Anything from the meter to your home is the homeowner’s responsibility.
