How do I know it’s actually Louisville Water who will inspect my service line inside my home?

Louisville Water typically never goes into the customer’s home. However, in order to comply with the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule, Louisville Water has hired a contractor to determine the materials of the customer’s side of the service line.

Louisville Water contracted with Argenbright Dirt Work (ADW) for the research study involving customers’ service line materials.
