How many coolers should I rent for my event?

Each 5-gallon cooler holds approximately 80 (8-ounce) servings. Coolers are insulated and hold ice well; they are easy to fill and refill as needed throughout an event. Customers may rent a maximum of 6 coolers at a time. We ask that renters choose the smallest number of coolers that will meet their event needs, so that we can provide this service to as many groups as possible.
