Can I fill up the coolers with a garden hose?

No! Standard garden hoses are not considered safe for drinking water. Coolers should be filled from a sink or other potable water source. If outdoor refills are necessary, we recommend customers purchase a hose that is specifically rated for drinking water. (Example here.)
