Report Problem
- Event must be located within the Louisville Water service area
- Event date must fall between April 1 - October 31
- Expected event attendance of approximately 1,000 to 10,000
- Single-day events only
- Maximum event duration of 8-hours
- Potable water source must be located within 100-feet of proposed event site
- Daytime events will be given precedence
- Dedicated access to ice may be necessary in some instances
If water service is being requested for one day of a multi-day event OR for a portion of an event that is longer than 8-hours, Louisville Water must have guaranteed vehicle access to and from the setup location while the event is occurring.
