To start or transfer service (including a landlord revert), we need to speak with you to verify your identity. To set up new service, we will also need your social security number. Please have that available when you call.

Please note a $30 service activation fee is required for all new services and transfers. A $100 service deposit may be required based on the customer's Experian utility score.
The service deposit is credited to the water account when:
- Customer's account is closed.
- Customer has paid their bill on time for three consecutive years.
