Louisville Water is here to help. As part of our Drops of Kindness initiative in partnership with Louisville MSD, we offer payment arrangements to assist you in paying your water bill.
You can apply for a payment arrangement in two ways. First, you can call Louisville Water's automated phone system at (502) 583-6610 and say "payment arrangement" when prompted.
You can also request a payment arrangement in Pure Connect℠ with a few simple clicks. Here’s how.
- Log into Pure Connect. From the Account Overview screen, hover over "Payments" and select the "Payment Arrangement" option. You can also get there by selecting "Enroll" under "Payment Arrangement" in the Enrollments section.
- Our new system will automatically analyze your account information and determine which option you're eligible for. Whether it’s a payment extension with a deferred due date or a payment extension with monthly installments, your option will display here. You'll need to check the box to acknowledge the terms and conditions and click "Accept" or "Decline". Declining the payment arrangement will cancel the request.
- If your extension included monthly installments, you'll be prompted to make a 50% deposit within three hours of your request to confirm the arrangement. If your deposit is not made within the timeframe, it will be cancelled and your account could be subject to disconnection. Click "Make Payment Now" to confirm the extension.
- Your required deposit amount will be automatically entered into the payment line. Enter your payment information and press "Continue" to complete the transaction and confirm the payment extension.
