How do I set up high-usage alerts in Pure Connect℠?

High-usage alerts are threshold-based alerts that help you determine when your usage is trending higher than normal. These notifications can help detect unusual activity early. Here's how you can set them up in your account.

  1. Log in to Pure Connect and hover over the "Overview Tab".

2. Select "Edit Profile".

3. Select "Notifications" on the left-hand side. You can also get to this page by selecting "Notifications" under the Quick Links section on the Overview page.

4.  Next to "High Usage Notifications," select "Add Email" or "Add Phone," depending on your preferred communications channel.

5. Select the threshold for which you'd like to receive a notification by typing in the number or using the slider below.

6. Add your phone number or email address.

7. Select "I Agree" to authorize notifications.

8. Type the verification code you receive via text message or email and click "Continue".
