How do I start/stop my irrigation?

You can now start and stop your irrigation yourself through the online customer portal, Pure Connect℠.

1. Visit LouisvilleWater.com/PureConnect to create an account or log in.
2. Hover over the "Moving Services" tab and select "Stop/Start Irrigation."
3. Select the property for which you'd like to turn on or off irrigation services.
4. Select the date you'd like irrigation to start/stop.
5. Press confirm.
