Louisville Water offers leak adjustments to assist customers facing high bills due to leaks on the customer’s side of the property line. Leak adjustments are granted only after the repair has been made.
To request a leak adjustment:

Log in or create a Pure Connect account at LouisvilleWater.com/PureConnect

Hover over "Customer Center"

Click "My Requests"

Click "Create Request"

Enter a "Brief Description of Inquiry*" field.

Select the "Leak Adjustment Request" option.

Select whether it was an "Interior or Exterior Leak."

Enter your "Mailing Address."

Confirm the property address you are talking about.

Enter a short description.

Upload any supporting documents like a receipt for the repair, photos of the leak, etc.

Click "Submit"

A ticket number will be generated for your request and you'll be able to follow along with the progress.
