How do I apply for MSD's senior citizen discount?

The MSD Senior Citizen Discount offers a 30% discount on wastewater charges and the consent decree surcharges for qualifying households.

Eligibility includes:

• Must be the main account holder or listed on the account
• Must be receiving metered water service for a property used solely for residential purposes, and owned or leased by customer as primary residence
• Not currently receiving MSD’s Emergency Wastewater Rate Assistance discount as of date of application
• Total household annual income at or below $40,000
