How do I apply for MSD's wastewater rate assistance program?

The MSD Emergency Wastewater Rate Assistance Program provides a 30% discount on wastewater charges and the consent decree surcharges for income-eligible households.

Eligibility includes:

• Must be the main account holder or listed on the account
• Must be receiving metered water service for a property used solely for residential purposes, and owned or leased by a customer as primary residence
• Not currently receiving MSD’s Senior Citizen discount as of date of application
• Total household income at or below 175 percent of the poverty line
