How do I report a main break or water service outage?

Click here to report a water main leak/break or hydrant leak. You may also call (502) 583-6610 or toll free at (888) 535-6262. Make sure to say the word “emergency” upon answering

Our Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays. After hoursplease call (502) 583-6610 and stay on the line. Although it may sound as if you have been disconnected, your call is being transferred to an after-hours line.

If you have no water and it is not a result of a disconnection, please call the same number listed above.
