Am I required to pay a residential sales tax following the passage of House Bill 8?

If you are a residential customer with only one property that you live in, your account is not affected by Kentucky House Bill 8. If you have multiple residential accounts, your primary residence is the only property that could be considered exempt, however you will need to submit this form to instigate the filing. If approved, the exemption will take effect in the next billing cycle and the tax will be pro-rated based on when the information is submitted.
