How do I sign up for Pure Connect?

On the homepage of LouisvilleWater.com, you will see “Access Pure Connect” at the top.  Select “Sign up.” Enter Your account number and zip code, then follow the prompts to create your account. You can also access Pure Connect from the “Pay Bill” button on the top right side of the website.
