How do I sign up for Pure Connect℠?

1. Visit LouisvilleWater.com/PureConnect and select "Register" underneath the "Login" button.

2. Enter your email address and create a password that meets all the requirements.

3. Once complete, click the "I agree to Terms & Conditions" field.

4. Click "Continue".

5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email.

6. Click "Continue".

7. Enter your Louisville Water account number and your zip code to associate your account with your Pure Connect profile. And click "Continue".
