How do I add and remove users from my Pure Connect℠ account?

How to Add Users

1. Navigate to LouisvilleWater.com/PureConnect and enter your login information.

2. Once logged in, hover over "Overview" and select "Edit Profile".

3. Click "Share Account".

4. Enter the name and email address of the person you'd like to share your account with.

9. Choose the level of access you want to share and press "Submit".

How to Remove Users

1. To remove a user, click "Edit Profile" from the account overview screen.

2. Find the user you'd like to remove, and click "Stop Share".
