Does Louisville Water still offer a preferred due date option to pay my bill?

Louisville Water is continuing to move all customers to monthly billing. As a result, we are phasing out preferred due dates to ensure a smoother and clearer billing process. Customers can still sign up for AutoPay. You can also now schedule your payment up to 30 days before the due date listed on your bill and Louisville Water offers several new ways to pay including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
