Does Louisville Water accept cash payments?

Yes, Louisville Water customers can pay their bill with cash at both our Louisville and Shepherdsville locations. Customers can also pay their water bill in cash using one of the following methods:

Walmart Bill Pay

• Visit a participating Walmart MoneyCenter
• Tell the associate that you would like to have your payment processed using same-day Walmart Bill Pay
• Provide your Louisville Water account number
• Provide your phone number and identification
• Pay using cash, debit, or UCards™ (includes a $2 transaction fee)

Scan-to-Pay

• Log into Pure Connect OR go to Quick Pay
• Select $Cash
• Select your preferred store from the list of options
• Receive a unique barcode via email or text (barcode expires after 24 hours)
• Bring the barcode to your selected location
• Visit any checkout and present your barcode with the amount you wish to pay
• Pay your bill in cash (includes a $2.95 transaction fee)
