Pure Connect allows you to view both your payment and billing history. This can be helpful for tracking water charges over time, financial planning, and preventing errors. Here’s how you can use the tool.

Log into Pure Connect. From the Account Overview screen, select "Billing History" from the navigation bar at the top or via Quick Links.

Another way to view your billing history is by scrolling down to the billing history graph on the Account Overview page.

Pure Connect now gives you the option to export your billing data. Click the “Export” link to download a file with bill dates and charges for the account.
