How do I share my account in Pure Connect℠?

Share your Pure Connect account with a family member, tenant, or roommate so they can make payments and monitor water usage, too. Here's how.

  1. Log into Pure Connect. From the Account Overview screen, hover over "Overview" and select "Share Account."

    2. Enter the name and email address or phone number of the person with whom you'd like to share the account.

    3. You can then select the level of access you'd like this person to have. Pure Connect offers three levels - make payments only; read access, which restricts the user from seeing payment history or making payments; and full access, which allows the users to make payments and see account details.

    4. Hit "Submit" to share your account. The user will be sent an email or text message to access the account. If they have never logged into Pure Connect before, they will be prompted to create an account.
