What is the "My Service Requests" section within the Customer Center of Pure Connect℠?

Within Pure Connect's all-new Customer Center feature, customers can view certain field activities and also cancel select field activities when in pending state. This will allow customers to view the scheduled date, status, and notes from a service request all in one place.

Here's how you can cancel a pending field activity:

  1. Log into Pure Connect. From the Overview page, hover over the Customer Center tab and select "My Requests."
  2. Click the cancel button to cancel this activity.

  3. The cancellation will then be sent to Louisville Water.
