When logging into the updated Pure Connect experience for the first time, some customers may receive an error message that says: "User does not exist."
When transitioning to the new portal experience, we verified email addresses to ensure only valid accounts were carried over. If the email linked to your previous Pure Connect account was invalid or contained errors, your profile was not migrated to the new system.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
To regain access, simply click the “Register” link located below the “Login” button to re-register your account. All of your account details will be there when you create your new profile.
