How do you calculate late fees?

Late fees are calculated based on 5% of your Louisville Water charges and varying percentages of your sewer charges, depending on your service provider. For example, MSD late fees are calculated based on 5% of the wastewater and stormwater/drainage fees.

Please note: Shepherdsville customers are charged a 10% late fee.
