In December 2025, a technical issue prevented around 6,500 customers from receiving their Louisville Water bill on-time.
If you have a Pure Connect account, you can now log in to view a digital copy of your bill. If you typically receive your bill by mail, the paper version should arrive by mid-January. For all paperless billing customers, you can expect to receive the digital version of your bill via email.
Because this issue was outside of your control and your paper bill may arrive after the due date, we have proactively waived any late fees for the December 2025 billing period and extended your due date to the next month. Both the December 2025 and January 2026 bills will be due on or around February 16.
You can pay your December bill now or wait and pay both bills together in February. Please disregard any "past-due" messages you receive on Pure Connect or our automated phone system.
If you are enrolled in AutoPay, your scheduled payment will be drafted as usual. Nothing to do on your end!
