How do I enroll in paperless billing and/or update my paperless settings?

Paperless billing has lots of benefits, including: convenience, you can access bills anytime, anywhere; increased security with the reduced risk of identity theft from stolen mail; organization, eliminate clutter and easily store and retrieve past bills; and it's eco-friendly. Reduce paper waste by going paperless!

Here's how you can enroll in paperless billing on Pure Connect℠:

1. Navigate to Pure Connect℠ and log in to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create one today in a matter of minutes.

2. Select "Enroll" under "Paperless Bill".

   

3. Enter your preferred email address to receive your Louisville Water bill.

   

4. Click "Continue."

   

5. Enter the verification code you receive via the email address provided.

   

6. Click "Continue."

   

Here's how to change the email address enrolled:

1. Navigate to Pure Connect℠ and log in to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create one today in a matter of minutes!

2. Select "Manage" under "Paperless Bill."

   

3. Select "Change Email Address" option and enter your preferred email address.

   

4. Select "Continue."

   

5. Enter the verification code you receive via the email address provided.

   

6. Click "Continue."
