Why did I receive a final bill?

You may have requested to stop service with Louisville Water, prompting a final bill in the mail. The other reason you may have received a final bill is because your account was closed due to nonpayment. If you do not make a payment on a past-due balance within 14 calendar days, you'll need to contact Louisville Water to restart service at (502) 583-6610.
